yes they are and i love them. I got a good deal on them too, since they had the 4 for the price of 3 sale at fountain tire. Plus they gave me a deal since I got the rims from them too, which I had to wait a month and a half for them to get in (stupid 7 bolt) I dont hear any road noise from them. Could be from my exhaust overpowering it, but i like them. they are 285/70/17
