So, I work at the oldest Ford dealership in existance in the parts dept. I got rid of my 92 a couple winters ago because I was just having too many problems with it to fix with two infants running around and no garage. I have had a Jeep, and my commuter car, a Bravada ever since. well the Bravada was getting long in the tooth and I was getting parts together to fix er up when I seen this guy. I mentioned that you normally see that color on tarauses and explorers to another guy I work with......Then the gears started turning. I had the loan approved and a check waiting in a half hour, the paperwork and the bravada stripped and ready for trade the next morning. 99 xlt 5.4. The older gentleman that drove it prior passed away and his wife brought it in to get the fuel tank strap recall done and sell it because she didn't want to see it anymore the friday before because it was his and really rough on her having it sit around. the techs that performed the service on it said the truck was immaculate inside and out and he was actually going to buy the next week(oops) but he was cool with it after I talked to him about it. it has all the options I would want, except it came with AM/FM cassette. I threw out all my cassettes five years ago (doh!) so it's gonna get a in dash DVD/NAV unit before I do anything else. Im am glad to be back in the saddle again
