Nice truck by the way looks kinda familiar😂. Man idk about Maryland there are way more dumbass Democrats there than there are in VA so yalls emissions testing is much more stringent. In VA it's more visual than anything. If it appears like you have cats they will pass you even if they're gutted. Putting in high flows won't make you throw a code or anything so you should be alright.

Thanks, I feel better about it. Rockers will be the final step and then to Line-X to spray the bottom in Oxford white

If you'd be cheaper than $800....

Yeah, I liked them minus rusting out. I have a single 3.5" straight pipe now

Does that Line-X go on in Oxford white? Yea, curious to see how that comes out. Planning on using the factory rock guard and just sealing the rockers tight. Attempting to plan mine out, but I'm going shoot the entire truck once finished. Checked all my parts and they're storing well, no surface rust.

Was trying to get it worked out so I wouldn't need another vehicle, but it's too big of a job. Turned my lease in about a year and half ago, I'm going to have to get another, cheap lease this time while the 98 is under the knife. Just a plain jane truck for a couple years. I work in slow mode now a days lol.

Can't wait to see yours completed.

Not my truck, but the mechanics for NCHP came to the Transfer station to discard some tires... and this was their truck

Still looks new!
