Or I could just drive straight over to where he is in about an hour and 45 minutes
Can you more or less go in a straighish direction to one area of Virginia to another, at least for the most part? Cause if so it shouldn't be real long if there's a lot of highway driving

I'm not sure about anything on the western part of the state, but alot of the times you have to go through Emporia if you are trying to go west from where I'm at. Also if you want to go south you have to go west first unless you go down US17. From where I live to the center of the state is pretty much a straight shot tho. But for the most part all interstate and highways on the south east part of the state will lead to either Emporia, Newport news, Richmond, or take you into the outer Banks, or go north

Ah I gotcha. Reason I'm asking is you guys seem to have about the same distance across the whole state as we have across the island, which takes about 9 or 10 hours or thereabouts, and it's not a straight drive. So that's why I was guessing 10 hours should be the most anyone has to drive assuming mostly highway. As to how feasible a mostly highway route i from a given point to another in virginia, not a clue.

It's not that bad actually. I live in the red area (number 6) and I can get to seman who lives up in the northern part (around Fairfax) in about 4 hours. Wolvee and 02_black_on_white live in the Hanover area and that's about a 2 hour drive. My grandparents live in Halifax and that's about 3 hours away.

This is a better map and I live in Chesapeake and the other 2 are actually south of Hanover. I'm not exactly sure where the rest of the rest of the guys are. I know idb is in the western part of the state and there is 2 other guys from the Hampton area. Then there is me1234 and I forgot where in VA he is

Ah that makes sense, so a meet probably wouldn't be that hard to accomplish if desired enough. The times you're saying make sense. You're in Chesapeake, right?

Here's what I was talking about with the full crossing here.

Yep. I just posted another map. How far apart are those islands? And yeah meet could happen. We were talking about meeting at the bass pro in Hampton this summer
