Seems like all brands have had transmission issue with certain years. 7.3 Trans suck, early 2000 dodge Trans suck, Chevy has had there issues

Some hold out longer than others, but Trans are usually the first major drive train item to go too. In a lot of cases they could almost be considered a wear item

The 7.3 trans isn't really that bad until you start putting power to them. My dads made it over 200k before 2nd gear went.

That's true. I guess if keep it stock they are pretty solid. I know dodge 1500s had some serious issues

Wow. Things really got out of hand here! Back on topic now.

In the past two weeks I replaced the radiator and #8 cop/ plug, Gotts mod and wheels/ tires.
