Did you use gunmetal grey on the wheels? Did you leave the clear coat on them? Reason I ask part of the clear is coming off mine. And thinking about taking the rest off. Then power coat them back clear or just do them in Gunmetal like the looks of yours.

No joy there sir. They are set up completely different up front. Theoretically you could do the rear easy enough but up front would be a pain.

Yup. Nothings impossible with modification but it'll be more work than its worth unless you're sinking a lot of lot of custom work into the truck.

I paint matched using the color code on the door then cleared. I just scuffed the heck out of mine but to get the best finish sandblasting would yield the best base to powdercoat.

Thanks guys was just thinking and never hurts to find out. Will have to look at the newer front ends and see how they are built. Would think if you traded out all the stuff it may work. But I have been wrong more times then I have been Right. LOL

Like I said. Nothings impossible. You're looking at a ton of work though.

Not gonna lie. I've thought about it for down the road

Body damage repaired, and freshly painted. Just one more day or two, and I'll have him back.

I should have said, something similar lol. I kinda agree with you. Although I'd if I'd want to have an 8 lug 10th gen. As far as I go, my idea of it sprang from the idea of swapping a 10th gen onto a newer f150 frame
