Does anyone know if this guy is on the Board? what lift is it, just a 3" BL?

Yes sir you are correct. Its a 98 with a torsion crank and thanks.

Torsion crank, 285 70 17s, different heads, fogs and the wheels are eagle alloy 079 in the superfinish black.

good lord man! That could have been so much worse.
