This was from a adapter company and I always research things before I pull the trigger especially when I hear negative possibilities that can come with it such as adapters

I do a lot of researching on most things I buy lol. There's absolutely no reason why adapters would be dangerous on stock rims and not aftermarket rims. Tell me a good reason since you say their is one lol. Black on white has had em for 2 years and I've had em for about 8 months with absolutely no issues.

find the information that says it. As long as it is 87.1 hubcentric spacers, there shouldn't be a problem.
The factory wheels are designed pretty strongly and often rated higher than a lot of aftermarket wheels.
Looking at this 18x9 XD wheel in front, it seems no where near as well built as my factory FX4 units

Theres so much **** floating around from people who know a guy who knows a guy who used the wrong lug nuts or didn't go back and re torque and they failed. You'll be fine with quality adapters.

Not sure but I'm almost positive they still fit 2003. I think they just have the wrong year on there. If anything I would think they would have different ones for 97-98 cause the studs are 12mm instead of 14mm.

Yeah they had 12mm until half way through 2000, 2001 was the first full year with 14mm studs.

Only early 99s though right? Wasn't that the transition year?
