Yeah it is, but I've got nothing to put in the bed for weight. Yeah if you're not careful a slick spot will get you and spin you out, it doesn't take much. Has only happened to me once, but that was partly due to my own ignorance.
yeah all true. One thing I don't like about 4x4 (and I realize that's the drivers fault entirely, and it is some, not all) is some, seemingly moist, 4x4 drivers think it makes them invincible and then they endanger people

I never have any trouble in snow but then the back is slammed down with rocks

I hear you with that one...I love drive in the snow when idiots aren't on the rds braking all the time and scared to death driving in it...my first car when I was 16 was a 87 Pontiac firebird formula with a 350 in it and talk about suck in snow, damp rds but I learned how to drive in all kinds of conditions...man that was such a fun badass car

They came with the truck when I bought it. I assumed they were stock ford running boards. I do have the highest package lariat you could get in 2000 so that may have something to do with it? I'm not sure

There's no menards around here and my dad doesn't want to have to find a place to store sand bags when its not winter.
