yeah I can see how an insane offset would be a little scary running. But a -44ish? I don't think that's a huge problem/danger

all of that weight is still resting out on the end of the hub. The only reason the wheels are shaped that way is to be interchangeable front to back. My buddy runs -12 offset single wheels on the front of his Duramax with no problems

half tons aren't built with heavy duty parts. But you are correct, it's not as dangerous as everyone thinks

No but it would probably still make the front end wear out a little bit faster. Not saying that it'll happen in a month but it'll probably be sooner than normal, but not by much. I'm not trying to steer you away from it, I was just putting that out there.

Just made my first post yesterday and wanted to see if I could post multiple pictures. Last few items are gears and performance enhancers. Outside and inside are done.

Nice truck! I like all of it except for the headlights. Interior looks interesting, what's the story on that? What all did you have done? I see leather seats too. And I'm guessing it's an XL truck based off the manual windows and no cruise control?

x2, not a fan of the headlights, wheels are iffy, but absolutely love the rest

Yea, headlights were a poor choice. May change them some day. I bought the truck in 98 and worked it to death. Had a company truck and was about to change jobs so I started tinkering. Next thing I knew i had the truck completely stripped. Interior was shot. Added carpet from the savage yard, put leather seat covers on, painted the panels and dash that were faded and multi tone. Put it back together. An experience for sure. It is a xl. Could not afford the nice stuff back then.
