Default 99 f150 5.4 4x4

This is my pride and joy.....this is my first vehicle and i am so glad that I still own her. I bought ol' Sally when I was 16 and I am now 20. She had 195,000 miles when I first bought her and she now has 218,518 miles. This truck runs like a champ and I have never had any problems with her at all. She has a 3 inch body lift sitting on 315 75 16 Hercules trail digger mt's along with a brand new exhaust, true duals into glasspacks I just had installed today literally 😍. I love this truck and plan on not getting rid of it for a long time.

Yep I'm thinking the same thing. Depending on how old I am and funds when /if they go I'm either gonna completely build and super charge my 5.4 or do a complete resto mod with a 6.2 and a 6 speed auto

So I'm going to order 8 inch light bars double row off of Amazon but I'm just wondering if I should get the spotlight or the flood light version and which one would be less blinding if I hook them into the existing wiring that is controlled by high and low beam? I don't want to have a separate wire with the switch and turn them on every once in a while

well. Flood will be less blinding to people on the road by far.

Where do you plan on putting them? Flood pattern means the light is spread out more. If you get spot pattern it means exactly what it says, spot. It's more of a controlled one area light.

Replacing my fog lights and installing them and going tie them into my existing wiring so they come on with headlight switch

Yeah that's what I thought and if I'm replacing them with my fog lights it might be better to go with the flood style rather than spot and won't be so blinding
