Up under my truck changing my tranny fluid and i noticed that on the bottom side of my drivers and passenger side there are apparent tape marks where it looks like someone taped over the holes not covered by rubber plugs, I'm assuming it was the PO along time ago, any reason for it? This is in the wrong thread i just realized, sorry for that.
