whats retarded is here you need one on a truck but not a car. I can understand a commercial truck but a personal pickup and not a car?

found that out not long ago actually....they never enforce it lol. I always thought they weren't required. apparently they just don't actually care haha

Washed her up today and used some new tire shine my buddy showed me. It definitely lives up to its name, and doesn't hold dirt as bad as normal shine does.
