I'd be tempted to leave one on if it had a safari rack on it. I've contemplated getting a soft cover to have some more dry storage, if I found a super cheap topper that matched I wouldn't mind having it if it had a rack. Brandon Wolf in the 97-03 Facebook group's Heritage looks really good with one
I have a maroon one in the yard waiting to get matched to my truck. My dad has one on the 98 now too. Wich is on 265s now. Getting the 2" spacers off and -2" on the rear soon. Never skip leg day. But it does drive and ride so much better now. Lots of torque with 4.11 and 265s haha. He got the alloys at a garage sale for $5
I really what to lift it 6in. Anybody know what brand I should get?
Zone is the only "cheap" lift I would buy. If you got the cash get a fabtech
2000 S-cab 5.4 Triton 4x4 3" body lift 4.5" suspension lift 37" Nitto Mud Grapplers. full system with 2 10s,tinted lights, blue interior lights, skyjacker shocks and blocks and way too much money invested. Half assed build thread http://www.f150forum.com/f78/jackedu...thread-228753/
That's what I got and I love them. Great looking wheels.
It's funny you said that because your truck is what made me want to buy them in the first place!! Looking at your build thread made me want them so bad. I think they'll look really good on white too especially with my black headlights, grill, and soon to be tail lights
