Think I'll keep my 7.5" lift with 37s..

Taking your block out makes it look like you had some hefty chicks in the back and blew out your suspension,makes your truck look broken.

They're already stuffed,I'm bumping up to 11" and 40s this spring. I use my truck and have already hit the rear tire on the bed once
