westtnfx4 im just curious, did you woke in a tire shop or is this all things you learned over the years building up your trucks? ive noticed you know alot about tires. looking at my truck how it sits now what would you say is the biggest tire i could go, even if i had to re gear?

Hahaha well I've been around a while but yeah I have have had many many trucks over the years.Let me jump over and check yours out real quick

Well you have a 3 inch Body Lift or 6 inch suspension.....either way 35's will fit real easy and 37's will go with just a little trimming to the bottoms of your fender flares....no bigge.

im really thinking the 37's would be worth it but since i have the new truck my 98 will mostly be for towing the 73 to the mud holes so then all i really need is 35's im sure anything bigger will look better then those tiny 31's

Right on man...if you go 37's you will need to re-gear to tow alot....id just go with a good agressive 35 in a MT

what do you think about that tire? if i can find something under 1000 i will have a little extra cash for play money which would be nice since tires cost more then i make a paycheck.
