alright nobody laugh, i have a 2wd 99 regular cab stepside, and would like to do a body lift to throw on some big tires. I currently have overized tired( 265/75/r16). i was wondering what size tires i can fit on my truck with a body lift. I know its a 2wd wont be doing serious off roading, just a little bit of mudding here and there.

i would say if your running 16" rims than a 305-70-16 or 285-75-16 which equals out to a 33" tire. but with the 305 u might need to trim the valance a bit imo.

why would anyone laugh? thats a very nice truck .

maybe a 3'' body lift and 33'' tires? thats a nice combo IMO.

on another note, 2wd isn't bad for offroading, you have a 2wd, that only proves you can drive better than the 4x4 owners lol.
