I have already added a K&N, gotts mod with a 3" to 4" coupler, ported the TB, made a front lower air dam,removed the muffler and clutch fan, removed the side molding.

Plans are to lower it and go back to the original tire size 275-60-17. Edge tuner and Steeda pullleys, Add some aux lighting in front and LED back up lights and a back up camera to help hook up the trailer to pull my mustang. Probably replace headlight and markers, cannot decide to stay shiny wheels and clear lights or black wheels and tinted/dark lights.

Pull em right out. Then you just set them on the pin they ride on after you put the gauge face on, plug the cluster into your truck and start it, and reposition the needles back to where they're suppossed to be. Then some wiring to make the lights on the gauge face light up, simple as that.

Welcome man, jus make sure you have lots of spare time, bout a hour or two, super glue, and let your truck run and warm up for about 10-15 minutes so you can take pictures of the needle positions (before you pull the cluster) to match it up later when you're repositioning the needles.
And also, if you go to start your truck while the gauge cluster isn't plugged in and the truck starts and then immidately dies, don't panic. The truck won't run long without the cluster in it.
