I would love to swap to coilovers, just don't have the funds/ welding experience. Would be nice to have though. I don't car for the Tbars anyway. I am however wondering if 04 Lower Control Arms would fit leaving you only to fabricate a top mount.

My heater took a crap this morning... Spit antifreeze out all in my floor board and it was puking it onto the ground. Little puddle before school...

well... Im studying engineering..and I love trucks/jeep stuff....so I think about a lot of stuff. especially making suspension stuff easier and stronger. Im gonna have my buddy call me, he has a 04 and is currently putting on a 6" RCX lift, last pic I saw he had the drop crossmember and control arms on, so he should easily be able to get some measurements for me. and ill get back to ya on it

Yeah we got hit with 16 inches in 2 days where I live, VERY THANKFUL FOR MY TRUCK. It was funny seeing all my neighbors dig their little compact cars out. And it was funnier when they saw me use my truck to pull my 2 cars out the driveway so I could snowblow Unfortunately I just dropped my truck off at the body shop to have hail damage fixed....Stuck driving my 91 Escort for a couple weeks, its good on gas though.

ok so heres the measurements on a 04 lower control arm:

outside bushing to outside bushing: 22"
inside bushing to inside bushing: 14.5"
the bushing in the control arm width: 4"

upper control arm:
outside to outside: 14"
inside to inside: 8.5"
bushing in control arm width: 2.5"

so now all we gotta do is measure a 97-03 and see it it will match.
