shaking when accelerating
Driving home last night at about 55mph, I was in 5th gear, I pushed the accelerator to speed up and change lanes. When I did this it seemed like the engine bogged down and made the truck shake, I don't know if it was missing or if gears were slipping or what. It does this if I am going in 5th gear at low rpms like cruising down the highway. It does not do this when I go through the gears on normal acceleration from a stop to highway speed. It rained a lot yesterday and I thought maybe something got wet, also I had my slave cylinder and clutch replaced about a month ago. I don't know what to make of this. Any help is appreciated. This is a 2003 F-150 6 cylinder manual transmission.

It never did this before, I was always able to accelerate on the highway without needing to downshift if I was going 55mph or higher in 5th.

Update
The next morning it didn't shake as often. By the time I got off work and drove home the problem completely went away. It must have been moisture getting in somewhere it shouldn't. Hope the problem doesn't come back. Thanks for the suggestions.
