Default Rusted dipstick tube

So i was under my truck yesterday and realized my oil dip stick tube has a hole rusted through it. The hole is about 4 inches from the block i'm wondering how to go about fixing it because i doubt it will come out. who's had this problem and what the easiest fix?

a nice layer of duct tape should hold it over from leaking... but if you can get it out just go to a auto parts store and get a new tube

If its not to big clean up the area and slap some jb weld on it. Thats a temp. fix. Your are going to have to replace it eventually.
