Angry 2000 xlt extended cab floor boards rusted out
Can I fix rusted floor board panels? I can't find prefab replacement panels.
Can I cut out the rusted floor boards and fab new ones without compromising the integrity of the cab?

I think your going to be going scrapyard scavenging. I just looked through everything I can think of and couldn't find anything but rocker panels...
