Some trucks have them, some don't. When you go to the Ford house, just make sure your model year specific. The routing is different every other year.
Mine has that it made it a pita to install the probe for my water temp gauge

That system plugs into that little hole, it pulled right out, and also theres a few more rubber peices on it that need attention, so the line coming off the throttle body to that had a hole in it could that be the cause of my running lean?

Your PCV should be right there I believe
