Default need help asap

So I went mudding and beat the **** out off my truck and now it burns oil crazy bad so how do ik if it's the valve or rings

I didn't get stuck but I went in enough water to turn off my truck

Lmao! You sucked in some water. Probably bent some valves or busted a piston. 2 choices on the engine: complete rebuild or replacement. Neither will be cheap. Start researching snorkels before you go fording a river again.

It ideals perfect it rolls smoke like a champ if I'm in park and get it around 2000 and I'm looking for a cheap motor I wanna build one anyway. And after my truck shut off I got it start and crawled right out lol

LOL. I'm surprised its not skipping. You can do a compression test to see if it is damaged valves or rings or even a head gasket. If the test comes out OK, maybe you just blew a couple valve stem seals. But if you really want to build a bad *** motor, well, I can't argue that with you.

I found a few cheaper ones but I'm waiting on them to let me know if they still got them
