Default Rim troubles

Has anyone ran a flat completely void of air and have the rim/sidewall of the tire be okay? This thing went completely flat before I even realized it. (Less than 1/2 a mi) I'm hoping the rim is okay. Also do you guys think my sidewall will still have its integrity after rolling on a complete flat for approx 150 yards? Don't have any pics of the rim at the moment but it deff hit pavement. Hoping hey honor my road hazard warranty...

Rim should be okay. Tire I wouldn't trust. Once the sidewall has been driven on like that, the possibility for impact bubbles in the sidewall go up. Inflate it and carefully inspect the front and back sidewalls to make sure there are no impact bubbles protruding from the sidewall like a big blister. If not then you should be okay for a while. Just keep an eye on it.

It will need to be taken off the rim to be inspected.

Look for powder, dust, cracks and chunks of rubber inside.

Well it is a P rated tire, so the sidewalls are even more questionable in my mind now that they've been driven on like that. I'm guna bring it to the shop I bought them from, hopefully I get a free one and I can get them to patch this one for a new spare cause well...

If they do road hazard replacement, they will send the old tire back to the manufacture for credit.

They honored my road hazard. Getting a fresh tire on Monday. I got the tires on sale for $119 a piece. They were originally 219$ a piece. They're not supposed to sell road hazard on sale tires, but they sold it to me anyway. I am really getting my money's worth out of these people

Me too. I don't often get this kinda service. Especially at Walmart of all places. (Yes they are from Walmart, but not those specially made for Walmart tires. They're Canadian made goodyears)

The blister you are referring to is called "a belt separation".
