Default Lugs/lug nuts

I have a 2000 Ford F150 2 Wheel Drive with 16in rims. I changed my tires from 235 70 R16 to 255 70 R16. I had to change my Rotor on the front driver side which are also what my lugs mount into. I have a 5 lug rotor. The Lug nuts on my driver side are now 3/4 . On the rest of my truck my lug nuts are 13/16 . Two of my lugs in my new rotor on driver side have snapped off right next to each other.
My question is, "can I put my old Lugs into this new rotor?"

The 97-98’s have 12mm stud/lugs, 99-03/04H 14mm. So you got the wrong rotor. If it was sold to you based on you providing correct info then take it back. If you picked it out, too bad. Go get the correct one. IDK about swapping studs. Changing tire size has no effect on the studs breaking. There’s some other issue here that’s not being revealed, over tightening/wrong wheel/IDK.
