Post ? On replacing electric window switches on Drivers door?

On a 2000 F-150, to change the Electric Window switches on the Drivers side door, does the armrest pull up, or do you have to take the entire panel off to get at the switch? My switches for both driver and passenger will go down but won't close the windows back up. I think the switch is bad?

if it's like my 2001 then the panel the switches are in should pull up. Pull from the front. I just had to replace my window switches too because the driver's side required me to push really hard to get it to work
