Default Replaced injector coil now WTH??? Help

Blew spark plug so replaced with Dorman insert kit today # 42025 and picked up new ACCEL-Supercoil. Now the truck sputters and runs like its not getting fuel or something. When I get on it, acceleration is week and the RPM's fluctuate abnormally. At idle, the RPM's are above normal and it sputters. Going up hill it has no acceleration..WTH is going on? Is the coil the cause? Please any help, today is my birthday and I'm maxed out on the stress..lol Oh by the way, I cleaned the MAF to see if that would fix it...The truck ran good before the blown plug!!!

You most likely have a coil pack shorting out. Are you applying dielectric grease inside the boots when you put them back on? Do your boots look dry? If so, buy new boots. You can buy them without the coil packs. If it has been raining around you a lot lately, it can cause all kind of misfires, and problems with the coil packs.

Hope this might help!

Should I try replacing the new coil with a better brand?

I know it sounds crazy, but Motor Craft only. These Fords are part sensitive! Try the grease & boots first!
