Default Replace just the plugs or coils too?

Hey there, so I've slowly been going through the process of replacing the plugs and coils one at a time as they've gone out this past month. Have replaces both on cylinders 1,5, and 6. Now another one is misfiring and I'm just gonna go and replace them all. I'm just wondering if it's doable to just replace the spark plugs and save some cash or might as well replace the coils at the same time? The obd doesn't really say if the plug is bad or the coil. Thanks for any help!

Additional info: 97 5.4L f150 lariat.

I am no expert but you may aswell replace coils and plugs at the same time, it will never hurt. Also how many km/miles are on your truck also what type of coils are you getting? Also check the secure clips on the coils they can break and not be secured in which causes misfire
