Angry 97-03 4wd terrible undriveable shake

I have a 97 F150, 4.6 ext cab 4wd 5" rough country lift with 3" keys, 37, 12.50 r20s, had it about the past 8 years and my dads had it since about 01, it sat for a year or so before I got it driveable, nothing related to suspension at that time. Shakes terribly anywhere between 35-55, feels like the cab is about to shake off, forget a cup of change because it'll all shake out, the way I've had to stop was just hitting the breaks pretty hard and drive under but I'll explain how it had gradually gotten worse. I first put 285/70r17 used trail grapplers on it and it would do it here or there when a bump was hit on either side and thats it, stop it by slowing down pretty quickly and that was the absolute only way, all original suspension components and that was in 2015. I eventually ended up putting 20x12s and 305 falken ats on and over time after trading setups a time or 2 I noticed that with a wider stance(more offset) it wouldn't do it and when I had super thick tires(boggers on 22s) on it with no offset it wouldn't do it either but evetually did end up coming back, flash forward I put a 5" RC suspension lift on and replaced every single suspension component and it was good for quite a while, still had the 22s and boggers on it but would only do it hitting certain bumps, then turned into doing it when I got up between 45-55 and if I sped past that range without it doing it I could sometimes get passed it and be good but would try to do it again in that range slowing down as well. Put 24x12s and some brand new mud champs and it was good for a long while, no issue until the fronts got low, but then went back to no offset 22s with boggers and since then its came back and gotten considerably worse. I don't daily it anymore but would like to get it back on the road and not doing that mess. Sorry for the long post but anyone that has ran into this I'd love some advice. I'm not new to suspension, it was done by me. Put on quite a few bigger lifts at this point but being it was doing it before I just don't believe that has much to do with it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
