Default Rear disc Brake help

I'm working on my friends 2002 f150 4x4 with rear disc brakes. He had the e brake shoes let go from the springs and totally wipped out everything. I was able to purchase all the parts except 1, I think. I was wondering if someone could tell me the name of the part that is at the top of the shoe assembly 1pc goes thru to the e cable and the other part attaches to it to keep set spacing of shoes. I have the adjuster which is at the bottom, just need the name of part that is at top and were I can get it.
Thanks Jason

Having trouble following your description. The lever that the cable connects to, pivots on a pin and is held in place with a horseshoe clip. Both shoes anchor to a non serviceable post at the very top of the bacdking plate. All else fails remove part from other side and take to dealer or perhaps auto parts. Junk yard is also an option.
