fx4 03 rear differential not locking up.
ok well the window sticker says it has a limited slip dif. but when i tried testing it out it never engeged and any speed. wht could be the problem be

how did you test it? it will never completely lock up because its not a locker. also considering the age of the truck, chances are the clutches in the limited slip are probably pretty worn too wich will make it even less effective.

my 98 has 3.55s and im running 35's and the limited really only works straight line but barely... just trust me when i say you probably better off with after market limited or just do it right and get a selectable locker for the rear
