Thats would be your axle seal. Diff oil leaking out I take it? To replace those you have to take the diff cover off and there are clips on the ends of the axle shaftd that have to be pulled out. The brakes have to be removed and then you can pull the axle shaft right out. The seals can then be pryed out and replaced with new ones. Be careful not to damage the new seal when putting the axle shaft back in. Don't forget to put the clips back on the ends of the shafts and refill the diff with new oil (75W140 most likely) and a bottle of friction modifier if it is a limited slip unit.
