If I put a 3 inch body lift on my lariat could i put big enough tires on my 17 inch rims so that it wouldnt look dumb or would I need new rims??

Thanks man I wish I had the money to get mine looking like yours!!!! Do you think that I can get something wide enough on those 17's?? I always hate the look of a lifted truck with skinny tires.

Well there only gonna get so wide, if you don't like the look, get you some aftermarket rims. If not just roll out on the skinny 17's for a minute, till you get your next set-up.



I sold my 49's and loved how the set-up on the 16.5x16" rims looked, then went to a 20x10" wide wheel, and it made it look like it was on stilts.



But when I look at the price difference it's easy to make my mind up which rought to go,

I think you can find plenty of tires wide enough for your 17's just depends on how much your willing to dish out

for sure man i have 33 pro comps on my stock 16s and it looks a lot better..i mean if i had my choice id go either 18s or 20s but i got a deal on the tires so i threw em on and im happy with the looks

Thanks a lot i'm lovin all the advice!! I have only been a member of this site for about an hour and have already learned the answers to questions that none of my friends could answer! Any recomendations on affordable tires and and a ballpark? I know im asking a lot of (17in rims with 3in body lift)
