I decided to go with blupupers method, switched it out about 3 times turning the wheel full lock a few times each change. Call me crazy but I can tell the difference in quietness easily. Almost no noise when turning. Maybe I'm just over reacting but I figure why not after 150k miles. I used royal purple.. it was expensive but I figured she treats me pretty well so why not. Thanks for everyone who answered my noob questions lol,

You went with blups turkey bastme method ? Hey , that's the second best way, it works too. blupupher was in that holiday spirit I expect.
However, it's probably the safer way and has a good potential of being the cleaner way lol.
Takes more than just one Qt when you flush it...to do it well too.
RP is good stuff, -could do without the food coloring, but all in all, it's good.
It'll be real quiet now and the PS will work better. It can surprise how much difference good lubrication can make. I used good stuff in the trans, rear-end, T-case, front diff, - everything drive-train wise at the same time. Mannn, does she run smooth down the express way, - noticed that difference right away. I have to use cruise, it's too damn easy to be cruising along about 85mph and not realize it lol. They road so good with the good stuff

Right! That's all you need I think. Only time ytou need 2 quarts is if your flushing...That's what I meant anyway.
But yea, if you have some old or half bottles of the stuff on the shelf, that's a good way to use it up. I think your alright mixing. (?) Well, I haven't heard different when it comes to PS fluid anyway.

Yup, that is what I did the first change, no real issues mixing types of ATF when used in the PS system. I had half a bottle of ATF +4 and 1/4 bottle of the Hyundai fluid and Dex/Merc. Made a big difference, but was still whining a little, so I did a second with the Dex/Merc and it still makes a little noise at full turns, but is much better and I can live with it.
