Default Programmer Mileage Pickup

Hello all new to the forum thanks for such a great resource. I have an 04 f150 Heritage supercab 4x4 with the 4.6. I have considered putting in a programmer and was curious how many MPG you guys have experienced. Thanks in advance.

Hmm thats a good question, I think it was the predator or something, all I know is he got it before I had my F150, which is why I wasnt paying any attention, then we tested as we drove the truck all day working for a while. By the end of the day he had a little bit smaller of a bill for fuel. Granted thats not really a good way to calculate fuel mileage, but it came out to be 1 mpg better when he started driving normal again. He also has a screw 5.4L FX4, sorry I couldnt be any more help or specific.

Probably also say that we did the non scientific test, towing a heavy trailer around. I think we were getting around 10mpg.
