Default Power window problems

Ive got problems with both my power windows. They are extremely slow goin down. My truck sat ina body shop for a month and when it came out they were way worse. Any ideas on what it is and how to fix it. I know the door panels prolly have to come off but that aint a biggy. Thanks

Pull the door panel off. Pull the plastic vapor barrior off trying not to tear it. Inside the door you will see the glass bonded to the window regulator. There is your problem. I prefer the white lithium grease available at any auto parts store. Using an acid brush, place a small amount inside the tract where the little plastic rollers contact. Run it up and down several times. Should be good to go. The Electric motor and clutch is usually a different symptom. ENJOY!
