Default power window problem - fuse blowing

I have a 2002 F150 Super Crew. Several months ago the 15A fuse (inside panel) that controls the power windows and dome light blew. I replaced it and everything worked fine for a couple of weeks. Then it blew in a day and now within a couple of hours. I hear a click when I install a new fuse and heard it again when it blew while lowering the windows. I've had it in the shop once and they supposedly checked out the wiring and couldn't find anything. I hate to take it to the dealer but may have to. Any ideas?

Thanks!

I could only imagine a short circuit somewhere. I'm hesitant to tell you where to start though. Perhaps you can check the lighter/12v socket to see if either are loose.

From there on, work your way back or fork over the $$$ and have a dealership find it, although it's $90/hour usually, and they may take 4 or 5 hours to find it. Or they may only take 45 seconds, but charge you an hour. You never know.
