Default Powder coating Valve covers?

Wondering if anyone else had there 99-03 valve covers power coated? I have all the stuff to do it my self. As I use it to do our products. But there a long way from car part's. Thinking of doing them in this color.

Then clear coat them for protection. Only issue I have is wondering about some of the stuff on the covers? Like where the EGR valve or what ever it is goes? Looks like some sealant under that cover on the inside? Also the spout where you pour the oil in? Does not look like it comes out and that is the only thing I have left on them.

Will also do the timing chain cover and new water pump. And the intake as mine is the 99 model so its not plastic. And a few brackets that just need something on them. Motor is bad in the truck and have a replacement on the motor stand. So will have an extra of the parts if they for some reason don't make it through the oven curing.
Still not sure on the colors or color yet. If I do the covers in the copper I'm not sure what to use on the brackets and intake?

No just dressing it up some. After you get older you go from new to old and dress it up. LOL Its one of those deals where I can do it so why not.

That's strange, even the 3.8's were metal. I haven't personally seen a 4two cover tho.

Yea, there's a lot of plastic or composite intakes, for all makes.
