2004 Heritage f150 4.6L Fabtech 7.5 inch crossmember lift in front and 3.5 inch blocks in rear. Lift comes with 5 inch blocks but I cut them to 3.5 inch for that "prerunner" look. Fox 2.0 shocks all around. Also regeared to 4.10's in diff and tranny reboot to 3.73 (that's all ford would do) so shift points are a lot better. Tires are 305/70/16 and wheels are 16x8.

How do you like the 4.10's?

Love em... I did the calculation and all the math worked out perfectly on them to get my speedometer exactly perfect again along with all my ratios to match stock just with bigger numbers. Here's how to find out what gears you would need right here:

Torsion bars cranked on stock everything except some brand new FREE 265's.. yeah not big at all but free is better lol!

lol i know haha its not fun in a packed parking lot, takes a few k turns to get er right but it comes in handy on the weekends ill tell ya that
