the iac might be really dirty. The throttle body was. ( so bad the accelerator stuck a bit. ) So I doubt it's ever been changed. Say. If you drive it for around 4 miles it goes to around 625 or so. Then if you drive it 10+ miles it won't go below 650. But those numbers are what me and my brother remember before the code was thrown.. It sat for about 4 days with the temperatures in the teens. Then right after almost hitting a deer ( locking brakes up ) it threw the code. Not sure if the force could have torn a line open from it being so cold and the line being so old.. ( assuming it's a vac line )

Well I'm not sure on the other. But yea, the throttle plate could be really dirty I guess. But most of the time with a sticky accelerator it's because of a frayed cable. They break apart, fray inside the sleeve where you can't see it.
A dirty TB won't help. One of the first things you should do when owning one of these is wire wheel or sand out the throttle body. Just that layer of crap Ford puts in there. After awhile, there's to many adverse effects. It collects and corrodes the TB. So it's a good Idea to slightly port and polish the TB. If you don't, eventually large chucks of foreign matter break off and gets swallowed, does it's damage before getting spit back out.

I got it clean ( plate front and back and the edge ) it's smooth now. But I haven't touched the IAC. It's on the replace list. I'm also thinking about replacing all the vacuum lines.. They are all original except the elbow on the PCV And the EGR feedback tubes.

Yea that's perfect idle...right on in fact. Doesn't show a gross or small leak so you good. Idle is tested in park at warm idle, -temp should be between 700-750 rpms a as Ford has it. 725 is perfect via the program or tune.

What's that thing in the valve cover that the PCV is plugged into ? Never seen that, does it make noise lol.

That sure lifts the valve up off the cover. I'd get the proper grommet (all 3rd party suppliers carry them) and make absolutely sure a Motorcraft valve is used.
Anything other is too restrictive and with that PCV lift kit, that would just compound problems.
