Please help truck is acting up won't go past 10 mph
I have a 2000 e250 v6 4.2 has 193k I just put new tranny in with 21k miles about 2 months ago. When u drive upwards if 10mph truck rapidly stops as if someone is stepping on brakes then pressure releases then proceeds to keep doing it won't go past 10mph brakes are all new not brakes doesn't do it in reverse. When I put it in 1 barely moves when I put it in 2 it goes between 15-20 mph won't go any hire but it doesnt stop like it does when in drive . Any ideas

Any check engine light, codes, etc.? Do you know the condition of your catalytic converters?
What you're describing, doesn't sound like a trans to me....

If I jack up truck put it in gear should both tires spin in forward and reverse. Both only spin when I really get on it but it really feels like it has to work . Jacked up In reverse it goes over 20mph . Jacked up In forward does 15mph then bogs down to 0 then it kicks in again and goes up to 15mph again. Sometimes when the pressures releases it feels like rearend or tranny is going rip out of the truck

It will have hard time turning the wheels if the drive shaft is almost straight or the angle is to much.. Shoft it to Neutral, try turning the driveshaft by hand.

edit:
p1157 - O2 sensor related - http://www.autocodes.com/p1157_ford.html
p1408 - EGR related - http://www.automotivetroubleshooting..._codes_31.html
P100 - Just means OBDII didn't complete test cycle, if you disconnected the battery for example...from what I read, it should go away on its own.
p1780 is trans control switch or O/D off button issue.
Hope those help. There's a Youtube video for the 1780 fix on the O/D button.
