No I didn't. Yea I became interested in it when he outbid me for that engine, well by a lot lol. It was right here in MI not that far away. I went to 3800 before I gave up, but I expect it went for quite a bit more than that. The engine was sitting on a pallet, bran spankin new 03 lightning engine. The guy selling it got the engine right from Ford for a Hot Rod project that he never got around to. That engine was probably worth AT LEAST 5 grand, bet he got more than that.

I followed his build on another site. The brand new crate lightning engine was a steal. Such a clean truck, interior, exterior setup, for only 15,000 on eBay about a year ago. If I recall he was asking $20,000 buy it now

I want that gauge cluster

Yea that entire truck was nice and clean. He put up vids from silver lake sand dunes once. Can't find those either.

However, I have a pick of motor before he got his hands on it,-

Hey do you have a link for the build. He use to have one on F150 online, but I can't find it. From what I recall, his 500 hp was in question. Like how did you get that out of THAT motor lol. Iduno, I think he couldn't answer got mad and left lol....I didn't do it either lol.

Ya I can't find it now on f150online either. 500 was bs. He bought everything and had a shop do it..so...
Maybe flywheel hp with some extreme bolts one and ridiculous tuning.

Yea, the 03's were what..380 FWHP. He would need blower work or another, like say a KB, Magna or Wipple. Or, some head work, maybe both. W/380 there's alot to gain w/LT's. Then there's the trans lol.

Haha you're good.
I can respect his truck and the work/money that went into them. I just can't respect his claims.. 500rwhp on a m112 is borderline impossible. 500 flywheel hp requires some serious work
