Do you also have an exhaust video and what are the specifics for your setup?

I can probably make one later this week.. My setup is Pacesetter longtubes. 3" y-pipe, Magnaflow 22" resonator, 19" Borla ProXS, 3" Magnaflow Tail pipe kit.

Difference on a dyno was 28hp/35tq.

Amazon man. You can find things cheaper. I got my headers about $130 cheaper than summit when I bought them.

I wish you could see/hear my setup. As usual, you'll never go wrong with Carcrazygts2's advice, but mine is slightly different. I have pacesetter LT's with a 3" flange necked down to 2.5" piping. It then runs into a Full Boar DI/DO muffler before it exits in front of the passenger rear tire. I paid $300 for the headers, $80 for the muffler, and another $350 to the muffler shop for the custom pipe & tips. The guy knocked $100 off my bill for giving him my old cats. If you're in an emissions area you would have to add a couple hi flow cats to this setup. But it breaths well. Anyways, I know you know what you're doing. I'm sure whatever you decide will sound great.

I've found the pacesetters for $260 on eBay which is as cheap as I have found. Any idea where to get the 3" to 2.5" reducers in stainless? I can only find them in aluminized. Also any idea where to have the headers coated? It seems Jet-Coat has gone out of business...

And what header gaskets and bolts did you guys use with the pacesetters

Charlie, you need to make a video as well. I LOVE the way the big single sounds on these trucks. $1050 includes....
Flowmaster 3.5" universal tailpipe
Dynomax SS race muffler (Borla copy 1/2price)
Vibrant Perf 2.5>3.5 collector
5' SS 3.5" exhaust tubing
3.0">2.5" reducers
SLP hi flows (or Maggie's if price allows)
3.5" clamps
2.5" clamps
12' SS 2.5" exhaust tubing
3, 2.5" 90s
Black pacesetter long tubes
4.5" SS tip
I think that is everything minus the O2 bungs, and gaskets/studs

The Harley is going to get fitted with pacesetter long tubes and stay 3"

Don't reduce it back down. Also don't do true dual either...

I'll also be going to a y pipe. Dual 3" into a 4" (flowmaster) actually make a good Y

With a si/so 4" magnaflow.

I'm trying to get you a better picture, but this one shows the Y

That 4" makes the 3" look small, def. wouldn't want 2.5 on a s/c application.

I ran 2.5" Y'ed to a single 3.5 into a AeroTurbine 3535XL Diesel muffler out the side like a L. Got many compliments on how it sounded. I had stock manifolds, removed front cats and stock rear cats.

A friend of mine had a built and whipped 600RWHP Harley he ran LTs, high flow cats all 2.5" Y'ed into a 3.5" into a MBRP Diesel muffler out the side like a L.
