Default Painted Stock Wheels

Just wondering if anyone has painted their wheels somewhat like this..I know its a **** picture but it is all I have to work with.

If someone has enough Photoshop skills to do this that would be awesome too.

Just a rough picture for you. Not too good at this kind of thing, I won't even attempt to fade colors and such lol.

Please spend your efforts making your truck look better in other places.

I'd spray paint that rusty step bar before messing with the wheels.

Either all black or nothing. I had thought about that myself until I saw one running around town with their runs painted that way. Looks cheap. Also, if you paint them black go ahead and paint that chrome center cap too, I'd leave the ford logo for contrast though. I've seen them rolling around here with the chrome cap unpainted and it looks like police cruiser wheels on a pickup truck. But I agree with tackle, take care of the rusty step bar.

I'd be more concerned with the rust on the bed than rim color or rusty steps.

But also agree with Fordman, all black or leave it alone.

The steps bars are taken off. They were too rusty to do anything with. Just not a fan of step bars on trucks.

Here's mine with the wheels painted completely black. Mine didn't have the Ford logo center caps. I didn't feel like taking the time, $$, or overeffort to clean and polish the aluminum. I think they turned out pretty good. Even pulled the grille out and painted it to match.

Here's what i did to mine. I (I know talk against plasti-dip lol but wanted to make sure I liked it first) I used plazti-dip and left the outer ring chrome and left the center cap alone.
