Have you even done the block test? You can rent one from auto zone and do it in their parking lot, would confirm if it is a blown head gasket or not before you start adding those quick "fix/destroyers" to your engine

I would go to a good radiator shop for a pro diagnosis. U will wreck your motor if you keep at it this way.

Alright y'all. Bought the Blue Devil sealant, new thermostat, and new coolant. Followed the instructions to the letter, flushed the system several times, applied the Blue Devil, and it is now day 2 after using it, and there has been no white smoke, no more leaking from the radiator, no sweet smells, no loss of coolant, and she starts up strong and loud everytime... I was skeptical about this stuff but it has been working so far! I'll definitely be keeping an eye on it though...

Not to state the obvious, but "told ya so" LOL. The truck I used it in did have water in the oil and after using the blue devil it's ran for well over 5 years. Like you, followed the directions exactly and immediately changed the oil afterwards. Saved my step dad a lot of money on that one. I realize everyone has an opinion on this. I was just telling you what worked for me.

I thlnk he is talking about a hydrocarbon test that tests for exhaust gases in the coolant.

Yup, JCR knows. I had an overheating issue last year and thought it was a blown gasket until I did the test, tuned out the water pump blades were completely corroded and gone.

The new water pumps may have plastic ones. Ford runs close tolerances at the rear and the plastic mates up best.
