are you going to get bigger tires also?

if not the body lift alone wouldnt really affect mpg at all
it would just be a little less aerodynamic

he's right, unless you changes tires, the only effect will be aerodynamically. By body lifting the truck, your exposing more of the front crossmember and frame makin the front of your truck like a wall tryin to push through the air at freeway speeds haha. Any reason for the body lift? if your lookin to place larger than 35 inch tires on your truck, for your balljoints and tierods sake i strongly recommend you dont. your gonna be in the shop every six months with death wobble and replacing pitman and idler arms

Body Lifts are garbage...do not ever put one on....if you want bigger tires get some bushwacker cut-out flares or get a bigger suspension lift.....

im keepin the same wheels and tires i allready have i just dont want the rub.. and cut out flares wont stop the rubbin cuz it rubs behind where the fender flares attached.. 6 inchs of lift is plenty for me.. but i refuse to buy new wheels or tires .. cuz either one cost more than a BL
