All my electrics go heywire when it rains.Wipers go on.Drivers window go up and down.Turns over all by itself.No gauges.Never seen anything like it in my life.I think its haunted like a Steven King Novel(Christine).Any sugestions?Thanks,MIke

Your front windshield is leaking on the driver side and the GEM is getting wet causing the problems. Look under the dash behind the fuse panel for water stains. Do a search on GEM to see if others problems are similar to yours. Good news is if you need a new GEM your year is plug and play with a VIN match, just don't forget to the windshield fixed.
