Default Oil in my lower intake?

I had to pull my intake off to replace the metal tube in the back of it for the heater core, and when i did i noticed my lower intake had oil sloshing around in it. Could my PCV valve be stuck? Worn walve guides? the truck has almost 220 thousand miles on it and non of this has been replaced

Oil entering this area is the fault of the head gaskets. Not sure if its the pressure passages to the top end or if its the return. Other posts here about it. Deffinately not nice, but 220K is alot of miles. Perhaps others will chime in.
