I just had to drill the holes in the angle iron for my grill guard and to where it attaches to the frame. In doing this I got it to sit how I wanted it, most of these sit right up on the truck and I hate that so I made mine side out infront of the bumper.
So I could get by with getting some brackets made.

I have the same guard the op has posted. The brackets bolt through holes on the side of the frame rails. not the tow hooks.

Any pics of that? I wanted to keep my tow hook but there was just no way of doing it so I made my brackets use the same holes that the tow hooks did.

Here is how mine is set up, I forgot that I did end up drilling 1 hole on the frame on each side because my bracket wasn't long enough to do it how I wanted it lol.

The ones for the top where a lot harder because they had to tuck behind the bumper and use the same mounting location as the bumper so that was a PITA to make up lol. I'm not a metal guy, I had to make my wood working tools work and so far all is good haha.

So you had to remove your tow hooks and leave them off?

correct, 99% of bull bars and brush guards you'll have to remove the tow hooks unless you do some custom brackets

Now I'm not sure what to do I love the front end of my truck now but I think it would also look good with some off-road lights. Decisions decisions

Well instead of the factory tow hoops, you could get tow hooks and bolt them onto the guard like my brother did.
